Cake smash sessions are great fun and a fantastic way to record your baby's first birthday.
Watch your little one exploring new tastes and textures as they tuck into a delicious cake, and let me capture it! The result…stunning, cute and fun photographs that truly show your little one’s personality at that moment in time! Yes, it's all about them! For siblings or family portraits we can meet up another time.
Cake smash sessions last around 90 minutes, and there are 3 parts of it.
We start off with some "clean" portraits; parents often choose their baby to wear something more formal for the first part. We may want to use some props, or not depending on your preferences, and how your baby behave in front of my camera.
You can then change your baby for the main part – smashing!
Here comes the real fun! Your little one is going to have a great time and make quite a mess with their cake. All this is a part of the fantastic and comical images you will love forever!
We finish the session with a lovely bubble.
All babies love to explore, this is the perfect way to celebrate their first birthday in style!
