My newborn photography sessions showcase the detailed perfection of babies in their earliest days. They change within a blink of an eye and having images captured from that time is an investment you will treasure forever.
I have been trained in newborn safety and provide the best of care for your precious little baby. After years of experience, training, education and being a mum of two myself, I can recognise when your little one is most comfortable and how much time we have before we should move to another position.
I would never do a pose if I feel it is uncomfortable for the newborn. I understand your baby’s needs and always prioritise them over my own vision and time. Regardless of whether I’m using a prop or a bean bag, I like to keep the poses similar to those they adopted in the womb (so as comforting as possible.)
At that age they sleep more deeply in those beautiful curly poses we all love so much.
With older babies it tends to be more difficult; they stretch out and are more conscious of a touch, which might make achieving some poses impossible. If you have any special requests with regards to the pictures, positions or props, please talk to me about them before the session.
My head is full of ideas and I always have everything ready for when you arrive - that way I can fully focus on the baby and go with the plan.
